Received your gut test results but not the answers?
Bring your results. Leave with answers, and a plan built around your symptoms and your life.
Is this you?
You've done the test, but the report is pages of markers and you're not sure what any of it means for you and your current symptoms. Or you've had your results explained quickly, and you still don't have a clear plan. A gut test is only half the story. The other half is knowing what to do with it.
Why I look at your results differently
I hold two health science degrees, in Naturopathy an Nutrition. I studied nutrition first, and that lens matters when you're the gut: what your bacteria are doing, what they're producing, and what to feed them.
The gut is closely connected with many other body systems, so symptoms often involve more than one. That's where naturopathy adds something more. It looks at the whole person: how your gut connects with your nervous system, your hormones and your immune function.
Looking at your results through both lenses helps make the plan clearer and the steps easier to follow.
How I read your results
We go through your report in a clear order. First, the markers of inflammation and gut barrier health. Then the clues behind your symptoms. Then what your gut bacteria are producing, and the microbial environment around them.
From there we decide what to address first and what to hold until your gut is ready. Your results guide a plan for the next 6 to 12 months, and there is generally work to do, even when nothing alarming shows up.
A staged plan, not a long list
There is always an overarching plan, and we move through it in stages, based on how your gut responds and how your symptoms change. I don't give you a long list of supplements. Each stage has a small number of steps, so you know what to do now and what comes next.
We pair the plan with simple nutrition tools, matched to your current eating habits, your capacity to prepare food and the time you have. Nothing overwhelming, and nothing that depends on a perfect week.

From Confusing Results to a Clear Plan
A gut test is the starting point.
A Gut Test Review gives you answers, and a sustainable plan built around your gut and symptoms, for the long term.
In your 90-minute consultation, I review your results, your symptoms and your whole picture, drawing on 13 years of experience with chronic gut cases. You won't leave with more questions than answers. You'll leave with:
• Answers. You'll understand what your results mean for you, in plain language, and why your body has been feeling the way it does.
• An individual plan. Built from your own results, in stages, with simple nutrition tools that fit your diet and lifestyle. Not a generic protocol, and not a long list of supplements.
• A way forward for the long term. Your results guide a plan for the next 6 to 12 months, so you know where to start now and what comes next.
• Someone in your corner. Experience in knowing when to go slowly, when your nervous system needs support alongside your gut, and when to see your GP.
Imagine knowing why your gut behaves the way it does, having a plan you can actually follow, and feeling in control of your symptoms instead of guessing.
You’ve already invested in the test. This is how you get the full value from it.

QUESTIONS
Which tests can you review? Stool and gut tests ordered by myself, another practitioner or your GP. This includes stool tests ordered by your GP or from an external lab in Australia. Examples are Microba, Nutripath, RN Labs.
Will you contact my practitioner? Only with your consent. I'm happy to send a summary to provide your practitioner information about your treatment plan and my key findings from your results.
What if my results show something that needs medical attention? If a result suggests further investigations are required, I will refer you back to your GP before we go further.
Do I need to be an existing client? No. You're welcome to book without having seen me before.
Will I need more than one appointment? There is generally work to do after the initial phases of your gut treatment, so many clients continue with follow-up appointments.
Want ongoing support? The Gut Test Review Package: $590 This includes the initial 90 minute review plus two follow-ups, so your plan is refined as your gut responds and becomes truly yours. Testing is separate to the consultation cost.
